Kitchpe provides tools for pantry inventory tracking, web recipe importing, weekly meal planning, and grocery shopping lists. These services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to abuse, disrupt, or interfere with our servers and networks.

2. Recipe Content & Intellectual Property

Imported recipes and parsed content remain the sole intellectual property of their original creators and publishers. Kitchpe acts strictly as an organization helper for your personal recipe collection. We do not claim ownership over imported recipe texts, images, or structures.

3. Nutritional Information & Dietary Disclaimers

Any nutritional values, calorie counts, ingredient details, or allergen estimations provided by Kitchpe are generated automatically and are for informational purposes only. Kitchpe does not guarantee the accuracy of any nutritional analysis. You are solely responsible for reviewing ingredients for dietary restrictions, allergens, and food safety.

4. Premium Subscriptions & Billing

Kitchpe offers optional Premium subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees, recurring charges, and taxes. Subscription terms, renewals, and cancellation procedures are handled directly via the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) or your billing panel.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kitchpe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Kitchpe, its developers, or publishers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including dietary issues or data loss.
